Nivek Homes uses true dimensional, architectural asphalt shingles as a standard. These shingles carry the longest warranty offered in the industry.
Our standard shingle color is "Weathered Wood"
6) Siding type and style:
Question 6A- Please choose between Vinyl Siding, Cementitious Siding, Brick, or Stone.
Question 6B- If choosing Vinyl Siding, please choose the style.
